Patchmypc FTW!!!!

Yep, very useful piece of software.

I do as well, they have a new Beta out 4.8.1477

Sorry I don't completely follow, a beta of what?

Mine went from 358 days to 1,088 days (~3 years). I hope they don't revoke it. :(

One of mine was invalidated, and the other went to 1,088 days.

Yeah, it's stopped working for me too. Time to resort to the free version then. Or switch to Avira...

Read the post that I replied to and stop just looking for mistakes that users make.

The key that changed to 1,088 days is invalid. I guess I'll use this opportunity to install ESET NOD32 Antivirus 6 on my brother's laptop.

Couldn't be bothered to read the whole thread but did they revoke all the promo keys?

My Kaspersky AV key runs out in under 60 days but the old saying comes to mind, "If it ain't broke....."

On the first page someone said that they (BitDefender) sent out the keys in a newsletter. Now they are saying the keys were never mean to be posted online. That makes no sense.

Yes, I had 3 machines with each with a different key and the all turned invalid this morning when they checked for updates.

It's too bad, I'm usually too lazy to switch and would have probably ended up renewing them in a year. Oh well, back to MSE for now.
