Mudbug
What has been the best double album ever? The Wall? Electric Ladyland? Exile On Main St? Physical Graffiti? The White Album? Vote for your favourite double album. http://www.thisdayinmusic.com/pages/double_album
LUTZIFER
I don't really get this. Those are the choices, and what makes them special? Almost seems like this is implying that they're the only groups that have done a double album. Or do you actually mean double album as in records? Not sure if records are even made at all anymore, a lot of bands I listen to put out double and triple CDs out almost every year. I don't listen to or like any of them, so I didn't vote. threetonesun
Of those? The Wall. It's a bit strange though, many of them fit on one CD (London Calling being a big one). The double / triple CD is much harder to pull off.
ajua
As always, it comes down to tastes. Of those listed I would choose The Wall but there are other choices for everyone. Personally, I would add Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness which is one of my favorites. The Wall is an awesome album and one that has passed the test of time. winrez 1 Share

Growled Member Posted February 12, 2013 Member Share Posted February 12, 2013 The Wall will forever be my choice. It's everything about Pink Floyd wrapped up in one album. +Gary7 1 Share
Pikey
The only one of those I actually own is Tusk by Fleetwood Mac , but I wouldn't vote for it! I'd put down Tales of Topographic Oceans' by Yes if I had to ... worth a mention anyway.
