What a complete idiot. I'm glad they're ok and it's refreshing to see people running to help. The folks that picked up the child and were frantically looking he/she over are remarkable. Excellent.

I originally thought someone tried to run off with her fish and chips ...i was also amazed at how many people actually came out of no where to help

I'm glad they are all right. I hope they find the idiot who did that and give them the max sentence the law allows.
