So, now we wait for something about the next Xbox to leak, such as an image of the controller too?

I don't think Xbox will release a console so soon, Its still selling quite well. For the normal person nice graphics at 1080p is all they want, I imagine the new Console will deal with that easily, even in 3D. I wouldn't be surprised if they support 4k Up-scaling at launch and hold back until 4K and its codecs and finer details have settled, such as HDMI version or which ever port is required, I know people don't have 4k yet but its just around the corner. Having released the Xbox 360 and gone for HD DVD support at launch, I would imagine they wont make the same mistake twice and gamble on Future tech.

That must be a prototype devkit. It's way uglier than the PS3 one was and it doesn't have bays for the drive emulation carts.

4K is way off from consoles... I don't see them supporting it

Different angle, looks really nice there, the original pic made it look really chunky but this doesn't look much bigger than DS3, maybe a bit wider.

It also appears to can get Blu Ray players that support 4k ( Upscale ).
Sony BDPS790

So yup, so I'm sure we will see some 4k support on the new console's.

It might have support for 4k Bluray but I don't think you will see any 4k game support.

I'd like to buy the casing for a new PC, very sleek with the slot load drive.

probably the same thing as the 3.5mm jack on the bottom of 360 controllers

this is one thing that i thought the 360 controller had right over the PS3 controller. it allowed for plugging in things such as a keyboard or headset directly without having to have the wireless versions and worrying about another battery
