Orbis Devkit and Controller Picture Leaked

Recommended Posts

Here i was hoping that when it was said the ps4 would have a new controller that sony would atleast manage to finally get the left analog stick in the correct spot. But nope, that's too much to ask i guess.

This is the devkit controller. The final version will be a bit prettier.

It does say in the topic..........

Though this is one of several controller designs Sony have tested, it doesn't even have the "share" button that has been floating about in the news.

Definitely Stoked about the PS4. Any clue what the UI will be like? Vita Bubble, or nice clean XMB?

Hasn't been any rumours about the UI, wouldn't be surprised if it did have a Vita style UI for consistency across brands like the PS3/PSP did.

Hmm wouldn't surprise me. I do think though my next major purchase with be the ps4 when it launches.

I don't think Xbox will release a console so soon, Its still selling quite well. For the normal person nice graphics at 1080p is all they want, I imagine the new Console will deal with that easily, even in 3D. I wouldn't be surprised if they support 4k Up-scaling at launch and hold back until 4K and its codecs and finer details have settled, such as HDMI version or which ever port is required, I know people don't have 4k yet but its just around the corner. Having released the Xbox 360 and gone for HD DVD support at launch, I would imagine they wont make the same mistake twice and gamble on Future tech.

4K is way off from consoles... I don't see them supporting it

    • This is listed as a preview in WU for me. I usually don't grab them as previews; what's your opinion on it so far?
