mrchetsteadman
LOL I know, funny right? I JUST asked for all your help and the parts JUST came in yesterday. Well, as I was putting it all together I realized that the motherboard I bought did NOT have a connection for the USB 3.0 connection in the front of my Fractal Design Define R4 case. If you know anything about that case then you know I will NOT be returning it. So instead of keeping my ASRock Mobo I paid $84 for to upgrade to this for $149.00. I should have done it in the first place. And I figured while I was at it I might as well trade in my FX8150 for the FX8350 I wanted in the first place. Oh well, upgrade before I even put it together. Figured I'd update all the folks that helped me put it together. FiB3R 1 Share
abysal
I like that board (GA-990FXA-UD3), If I were to build an FX system, that's the board I'd use.

Someone recommended it when I was ordering parts but the ASRock was already on it's way. I'm excited about the new board tho, it can take full advantage of the other parts of the PC. tsupersonic
Nice. You only build once in a while, so might as well do it right! :)
