How can I import Apple Calendar data to Calendar in MS Outlook 2011?

I am running Apple Mountain Lion OS and would like to use Outlook as my default programs for mail, calendar and contacts. Is there a way to import the contacts and calendar data?

Does outlook for OSX support the ics or icbu formats? If yes then Calendar provides an export function would solve this for you.
