Just making you aware in case you dont know

 

the notifications on the main site dont appear to work

 

it lights up to let me know i have a new notification but nothing is ther

 

they work fine on the forum

Also, your image is not loading, could you try uploading it somewhere like Imgur so we can see it? I imagine that the uploader is still being updated.

I've noticed it works while viewing a news article but not on the main page itself.

Also if a notification is for a forum post; quote or like the notification on the forum side still shows as new when the main page acknowledges as being viewed.

I unchecked the Notifications box in my settings, but I am still seeing the green alert.

If someone likes one of your posts or quotes you, you will still get an alert (even if notifications are turned off).
