Photaf is awful.

Any suggestions?

I am running stock Android 4.1.2 (therefore no Photosphere) on my S III.

There's a "port" of the camera app with Photosphere for 4.1 devices: http://forums.androi...t-needed-9.html

Not sure if everything works 100% right, though.

PanoStitch is cool, but not quite the same.

See, personally I tend to do these back on my PC, rather than on the phone.

Photosynth on my iPhones worked so well, and looked gorgeous when viewed on the Photosynth website, too.

I was hoping there was a decent "competitor" for Android.

Just tried it - it's crap, it doesn't do above and below.

But I appreciate you posting :)
