lol. This is hilarious. So, to understand what you're saying...something is definitely "illegal" because a lawyer or the courts "might" interpret the law that way. lol. Did it occur to you that the court and other lawyer may interpret the actions as "not illegal"?? The law is vague, but to blatantly claim something is illegal based on a "possible interpretation", does not make it so.
If anything, she may have a "possible" case, assuming she has already been evaluated and deemed disabled PRIOR to entering the store and therefore has ADA protection. You sort of missed that part - ADA protection against disability discrimination requires the person be evaluated and deemed as disabled. There's not even a mention of her being disabled in the story.
