Swift-R Posted September 29, 2013 Share Posted September 29, 2013 I have been using the Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback II and a Thrustmaster Top Gun II for Flight Simulator X. I have a new PC so I needed to re-install windows. Now, both throttles on both joysticks are not working. On the Game Controllers panel, the throttle is the Slider. It doesn't move. But when I calibrate the joystick, the slider moves and then after the calibration it doesn't move again. Do you have any idea of what the problem could be? I have Windows 8 x64 and I have bought an Asus Z87-K with an i5-4670, a Samsung 840EVO and added 8GB more of ram. The rest is in the signature. Could it be the new hardware? Eric Veteran Posted September 29, 2013 Veteran Share Posted September 29, 2013 It's the controller at least for the Sidewinder. They dropped support for it after XP, I believe.
