So I work for Apple as a Mac Expert in the Sales Department, and I'm currently using a Plantronics T-10 landline phone. I need to find a more reliable phone that allows me to use a USB Headset instead of a cheap headset on a phone jack. Maybe a wireless headset to a landline phone combination, but something better than AT&T's DECT 6.0 because all I've ever seen were cordless phone types even though they have DECT 6.0.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

It's been a while since I've purchased telephone headsets for a support department, but for the last few companies I did this at I went through Hello Direct.  They carry several lines of phones and headsets, including their own.

Do you think there's a landline phone that let's me use my Logitech headset via USB? Because I need noise canceling as well.
