I had one of those back in the day, it wasn't bad for the time (not great, but not bad, if you have decent lighting), but any decent cell phone will beat the pants off of it nowadays, never mind "anyone got a spare floppy drive" issues.  If I had a floppy drive (which I don't), I'd probably go 30-40 for nostalgia reasons, at most.  Picture quality is fairly finicky too, especially if you lower the resolution down to get more pictures on a disc, can get fairly muddy looking, and it needs a decent amount of light to get a good image out of it.  Take that with a grain of salt though, it's been years since I owned one, but I remember it as being "passable."

Like Max says, your phone probably has a better sensor, and a TON more storage space.
