primexx
I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that overlay icons (e.g. that arrow on shortcuts, Dropbox status icons, etc.) aren't showing all the time? I'm seeing that it doesn't appear on first open of an explorer window, but only shows after hovering over it or refreshing the window. I'm not sure if anyone else has seen this or if it's just me. zhangm Supervisor Posted January 5, 2014 Supervisor Share Posted January 5, 2014 I can confirm that this happens to me. Steps to reproduce: use cmd to open the following location in explorer %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs Shortcut overlay icons don't appear unless you hover over individual items.
