FiB3R
I'm using this add-on to improve the functionality of firefox while in full screen mode... https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/mfull/ Namely the ability to have it start in full screen mode, and to have the bookmarks toolbar visible. Unfortunately, the add-on seems to be buggered, as even though firefox does start in full screen mode, I still have to right-click on the tool bar and choose "Hide Toolbars" every time I start the browser (if I want the auto hide function to work) I have contacted the developer, but haven't heard anything back yet. So... Does anybody know a good alternative to this add-on? I would also really, really like to have access to the Windows Taskbar while in full screen mode. (I like having that set to auto hide too). The reason for all this, is to maximise screen space when viewing on a low res screen (720p from a distance), while also having ease of access to as much stuff as possible, without having to use keyboard combinations, etc. Basically, I don't want my hand to have to leave the trackpad. FiB3R
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/fullscreen-toolbar-hover/ Thanks. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well in conjunction with Aero Glass, due to the fact that it "Also changes default Firefox behavior to make toolbars hover over page content in fullscreen rather than pushing it out of the way." Which can make tabs unreadable, depending on what site I happen to be on at the time. I'll message the dev, and see if he can make that feature optional. If Mobile, you can try one of the following browsers that are available for Android: Dolphin Boat FF (Firefox) [with fullscreen addon] that you can start up in full screen.. even the browser can remember your fullscreen status. If on iPad, you can jailbreak but not on 7.1.1 though because jailbreak isn't out yet. If jailbroken, then you can get fullscreen addon for Safari. FiB3R
"Aero Glass" should have been a big enough hint, as should wanting access to the Windows task bar.
