SlayerS_BoxeR
i have a iphone5 that is nearly 6 months old (still under warranty) have heard of the replacement program, but not eligible as i have bought afterwards the problem is my battery starts draining alot since last week now i now when i'll visit the genius bar, they'll launch an app and go under testing. i have downloaded an app on my mac and plugged my iphone and tested myself, but it's in a good condition so i'm sure the rep over there will say the same and not replace my battery yes i thought it was some apps that caused this, but i've configured all the settings but it just needs to be changed so any tips how i can persuade these sales peeps as i rly need to replace my battery
Nick H. Supervisor Posted August 28, 2014 Supervisor Share Posted August 28, 2014 Well the most obvious option would be to factory reset the phone, don't install any extra apps and see if the battery still drains at a fast pace. That's an extreme but most effective option when it comes to dealing with any service rep. If the phone is still under warranty I wouldn't be surprised if they just take your word for it and give you a new phone though, in which case you'll want to back up all your data anyway for the replacement phone. duoi 1 Share
