tim_s
Hi Everyone, I work with two teams. 1. Using solely Windows 2. Using solely Linux Since the budget for the Windows team was much bigger - I have a nice Thinkpad i7, 12 GB etc. *for the support cycle, the machine must remain windows* For the Linux team I virtualized a Linux environment, which is fine but their development server is local using Vagrant as deployment and VirtualBox as the virtualization provider. Since you cannot nest in VirtualBox, I was curious about VMWare Player. 1. Can I nest VirtualBox inside of VMWware player? 2. Better suggestions? tim_s
Hi, I have to both operate within Windows and Linux ( Ubuntu ) due to the two differing departments policies. I can achieve the above, however, the Linux distro also runs Vagrant, which fails because it is running VirtualBox within VirtualBox, which fails. I might just get VMWare workstation, I believe it can best virtualization.
