[Windows 7 64bit] Repeated alert from Action Center to enable auto updates

A simple, but annoying issue. I keep receiving alerts, usually after reboot, from action center asking me to enable updates. I click the recommended setting of auto download/install updates but I keep receiving the alert on next reboot.

 

Any ideas? It's not the worst thing in the world but I don't know why it isn't saving my setting.

Do you have an AV installed? Sometimes those will mess with Windows settings.

Sorry, should have mentioned that. I am using Bitdefender 2015. I got 6 month free key, so that is why I am using it.
