Teacher left her young kids at home to get inked before boozing: cops

A tattooed-up Brooklyn middle school teacher with a criminal record left her three kids home alone so she could get ink ? and then went on a whiskey-drinking binge at a Lower East Side bar until Thursday morning, according to police sources and social media.

Laura Aguero, 35, who works at M.S. 88 in Park Slope, and her husband, Alfredo Bobe,41, allegedly left their 4,5, and 12 year old kids by themselves while she got tatted up at Inborn Tattoo in the Lower East Side on Wednesday night, according to police sources and posts on Facebook.

?I?m getting tatted on ludlow (Inborn) so I?ll stop by to have a drink!!! Xoxo!? she wrote on Local 138 bar?s ?Whiskey Wednesday? event page at 10:32 p.m.on Wednesday.

But when she returned home at around 4 a.m. on Thursday, the couple got into a heated fight outside their Sunset Park home, sources said.

A neighbor heard the sound of shouting ? and a loud crash ? and called 911, neighbors said.

?I heard a woman yelling, ?Alfredo, why did you lock the door!? What?s the matter with you?? Then I heard someone say, ?Are you okay, are you okay??? a neighbor told The Post.

? It was a man?s voice. It must have been somebody walking by. Then it was quiet. She got quiet so quick. That?s crazy. They seem like such a put-together family. They go bike riding like everyday with the kids,? the neighbor said.

Another neighbor claimed Bobe was at fault for the fight.

?That poor girl, it wasn?t her fault? I heard him screaming at her,? said the neighbor, who refused to give her name.

But it?s not the first time the hot-tempered teacher ? who has worked for the Department of Education since 2004 and earns $78,661 a year ? has run into trouble with the law.

In April 2003, the couple allegedly got into a brawl with another couple outside a McDonald?s restaurant on Myrle Avenue in Fort Greene, according to police.

Then in June 2011, she got mad at her husband and chucked his bike in front of a moving car, police sources said.

The following year, she whacked a vendor at the school over the head with an orange parking cone, was reassigned away from the classroom and fined $2500, a source said.

Teachers at the school called her style and attitude edgy.

?She strikes me as a real alternative type, beyond new-agey. She has tattoos up and down her arms. She wears the high boots with a dress,? one teacher said.

She was on the PTA board before she started teaching, according to the teacher.

A spokeswoman for the Department of Education said, ?While this alleged behavior is not school-related, it is unacceptable. Ms. Aguero Dupla has been reassigned away from any classroom, and will not be in contact with students.

She added, ?The safety and security of our students is our top priority.?

Aguero was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The law applies to any person who ?knowingly acts in a manner likely to be injurious? to a child under the age of 17 years old, according to New York penal code.

Bobe was charged with acting in a manor injurious to a child.

meh.. we all have our breaking points and go through meltdowns.. While what she did wasn't in the best interest of her own kids, and that should be dealt with.. But, bringing up her job into it and affecting her job, is a bit too much.. We all have THIS story.. We don't know what all she has been through or what her husband is like.. Sounds like she just needed a break.. I could be wrong entirely..

But, let's don't play...
