Win 10 won't finish the install and then rollback to buildt: 9879

After downloading and installing i recived this error message twice in a row

 

Couldn't upgrade to Windows 10 technical Preview.

 

0xC1900101 - 0x4000D

 

that happend twice, the last time i did one disc cleanup, installed new nvidia drivers

and then i got a crash screen, BSOD with the error on

 

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (e1i63x64.sys)

 

Getting quite annoying, what does the error messages even mean ?
