windows 10 Fix Mail, Calendar and People in Build 10036

I copied this from a website that I can't now remember. Kudos to the originator if it works.

 

 

To fix Mail, Calendar and People not working issue, get a developer license.

Run the following Powershell command as Admin: Get-WindowsDeveloperLicense
