San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Worlds most dangerous/deadly city

We access the urgencies of the only public hospital in the most dangerous city in the world, and that looks like a real battlefield. No serum, gauze ... doctors stitched the wounded with fair means. The patrol acting ambulance can not stay long in the hospital as emergencies are continuous. follows night, and found the third body the day: another young man killed at close range. This is the day in Honduras.

 

 

A city where I live in, video is in spanish, but images say a thousand words. The hospital is akin to that of a war zone.

nothing healthy can come out of this.... corrupt governments that have ignorant leaders who simply make the lives of their citizens worst by increasing poverty and poor education/ignorance, which leads to violence, poor conditions, you name it.
