Lamp0
I have been having these issues with Firefox in which the UI & web page elements seem not to "refresh" correctly. For example, I will close a tab but the tab graphic will only half disappear & the elements of the webpage that has been close will linger on top of whatever tab has been switched too. Also some odd black squares flicker on some websites. I have had these issues for months now. I have tried new profiles & reinstalled firefox, but this stuff still happens. Any idea what's causing this & how to fix it?? Here's an example that always happens on Neowin; anytime I bring down the top bar, the black part will flicker on & off & then disappear. neoraptor
Go to " options --> advanced --> Use hardware acceleration when available " - and uncheck it - there is some bug in recent FF versions (and graphical drivers) kozukumi 1 Share

Ufuk Sarp Selçok
So it's not my GPU. What a relief... Yeah, that and also glitching in Youtube videos. Anyway to change the codec or even disable HTML player for youtube? http://superuser.com/questions/834931/random-glitch-while-playing-youtube-video
Boo Berry
Are you using Firefox 38.0.5? Latest GPU drivers?
+Zlip792 MVC Posted June 3, 2015 MVC Share Posted June 3, 2015 - Please post information from about:support "Graphics" section and "Important Modified Preferences". - Please update your GPU driver, if its on laptop then both Intel and external GPU driver - Please try safe mode, if it continues then it could be due to driver and not mess up from any modified preference. ronago
Any idea what's causing this & how to fix it?? And I thought it was because my "old" graphic card. I'll see disabling the hardware acceleration option fixes it.
