Not so Free Controls
PeterBlum.com - A couple of free controls, but the Validation and More and Date Package's are both excellent($50/server for the Date Package and $100/server for Validation and More). They are not free, but the amount of functionality you get for the price is amazing, definitely worth considering on any commercial project.

I found one called Skybound VisualStyles. The website has the following information about it:

Their license basically says that it can be used for free, but you resell it under your own name. I tihnk that if you do want to do that you need to buy a license for $99.95, but otherwise it's free

EDIT: Found this information. It clarifies the license:
