Active desktop

Hi ...im trying to make a active desktop with jpeg's as my computer my network places etc ...but i dont know how to link a jpeg to open my computer etc

...i know you can use vb script to do it but i dont like using them and a popup keeps coming up saying do you want to run this vb script ..etc etc

can anyone plz help thanx :)

you could edit the zones in regedit, all you do is edit one zone, I assume is the desktop zone and whalah the popups gone. Check those active desktops threads etc in CustomisingXP the zone regedits in there.
