Sarah Lane's "Download of the Day" was found here on Neowin!

Medotate (sp) was the one she featured, where you could make the Windows environment in 3D... well, make the windows 3D and move them around the screen.

Pretty cool I thought! Once I know exactly what she said I'll put more.
