Tyme
Some of the major ISPs have been having problems. Thankfully, I have been able to continually reach it. :) If you would not mind sending me a traceroute (trace@hosttyme.com) I can find out some information about it. Please do not post it here, they tend to get screwed up and it's harder to read. :)
Dazzla Veteran Posted May 20, 2002 Author Veteran Share Posted May 20, 2002 What's a traceroute and how do I do it?
Tyme
A traceroute shows the path your computer takes to reach a site and the time it takes to reach it. To do it, open the MS DOS prompt and type in: tracert neowin.net Clip and paste the results and send it to me at trace@hosttyme.com.

Tim Dorr Veteran Posted May 21, 2002 Veteran Share Posted May 21, 2002 Tyme: you might also want to try tracerting out from the server too. If there's blockage, it's usually bi-directional...

Geronimo
you could try changing your dns servers to another ISP to see if your ISP is the one causing the problems. I have seen it work for similar problems.
