It's more than just yet-another-softphone - it looks like a decent package.

PC to PC
PC to Phone
Phone to PC
Call Waiting
Call Forwarding
Caller Id
Unified Messaging/VoiceMail with phone/Web/email/SMS access
Instant Messaging
Call Blocking
Follow Me
Email w/2GB storage
Pick phone number in area code in USA.

For people who are debating about getting an extra phone line or want a supplement to their cell phone, one of the three packages could be darn handy.

Ah the joys of ignorance.

Vonage uses a primitive ATA, requires a physical telephone in order to function, and their rates are in the 5-cents-a-minute region.

Go take an actual look at what UNTD is offering, and then tell us again that they're re-selling Vonage?

i just know that i've had vonage forever now and their tech support is amazing every person i've ever spoken to from vonage actually sounds like they have some sense of intelligence, that in itself is a amazing breath of fresh air.
