when you break the rules (look at the top of every page, Forum Rules)
you get a warning. you'll get 1 block filled in. when you hit 4 blocks (80%), you get a suspension, (not allowing to post for a certain amount of time, i think it's 3 days). break 5 rules, and you'll get the 5th block, (100%), and get a 2 week suspension? or is it a week..
if you dont break the rules for 6 months, you will get a warning reduction. it's automated.
Only if you have a warning on your account
dont break the rules, and you'll have no problems

It's 'Warn', not 'Wam'.

None of the breakdown you stated is actually right.

But the fact that you can get warned is true.

The thing about suspension is totally wrong, I've been suspended once for 2 days and it wasn't because I had a 80% or 100% warn

I usually restrict/suspend after multiple breakages of the same rule. If you have been warned once about a rule then I figure you should know it by now.
Members can also be restricted right off the bat for some rule violations like warez.

Warez, Flam baiting & Insultings members will each get you a warning - I know, I have 60% warn because of that.

As the moderators mentioned, suspensions are handed down when they are deemed necessary, not as an automatic once you reach a certain warn level.
That's pretty much how it works on all moderated forums.
