Help me photoshop long hair to short

My sisters friends are dieing to see what they look like with short hair. I was wondering if you could photoshop them for me. I am crap at making their skin look natural :no: . If you could do one, that's great. I remember someone else ask this so I thought it would be ok. Thanks :D

Never tried this before, but I was bored.

Turned out about the same as gamerhomie's lengthwise

I think it would look better if the right side of the hair was moved back some, but I can't do that.

You should tell the girls - the blonde one anyways, she should make her hair a bit funkier. Longer on one side than the other. Give some style and attitude to her personality.

my sis had it done to her by someone and asked if i would do it. it looked pretty good but really funny. if anyone wants to mess around with my sis, feel free :D
