Unsure of Virus ... Please Help

Question

I brought my laptop to my campus and connected to their wireless network. Then I was infected with this virus that I have been trying to cure since yesterday. It was first known to me as Brontok.W (or something like that). I found stand-alone cleaner for it, tried it but seems like it's not totally clean. I gave up and hence formatted my laptop with the Recovery CD.

Much to my horror after formatting, I installed back my Kaspersky Pro and did a scan, viruses were still in my system. However it was not Brontok (if I am not wrong) anymore. Whatever the virus maybe has caused my system to startup quite slowly (as in when Windows loads, the system taskbar icons load slowly). Not only that, when I do a "Alt-Ctrl-Del", my Task Manager tells me that "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator." I did not do anything! Also, when I click "START", the "Turn Off Computer" option is no more there. Hence there is no way I can shut down my computer besides to get into the "Log Off" screen then Shut Down from there.

Who knows what other functions had been disabled. I do not know.

Your assistance is GREATLY needed. Below is my HiJackThis Logs.

I am very afraid this will spread to even my home network.

Right below are some screenshots of what my KasperSky found.
