Perhaps he got pushed into a pole... You really think he did it on purpose? Walmart warned to give out lawsuits to anybody who ****ed somebody up. That never happened. This is a very good legitimate reason why that customer would file suits against the store: Lack of health and safety regulations with employers and customers. So I hope this guy recovers and wins. All this PS3 rush is silly. Only shows the increased numbers of gamers = increased obseity. I am very obese (at 126 kg) and I can tell you it really sucks. Please don't follow in my foots.
