I'm against anti-freedom propaganda like that site they're attacking, but that doesn't give them me right to use a great public service as a means to attack them & take their site down. This is just wrong.

Digg is a place for children to gather and throw mud... it has never been anything more, despite the potential for great things. The sooner people learn to do worthwhile things with their time the better. This is exactly why I dislike Digg.

Free speech is free speech. You might disagree with the website but you can't say that it doesn't have a place on the internet. You're more narrow-minded than the people you are criticising.

Digg isn't a public service, that would imply that it is a government provided service.

So protesting at dead american solders funerals that fought for them saying god hates their son to the family is free speech?

I didnt realise free speech applied to hate mongering, besides not everyone is in America so you can shove your amendments, a Muslim Cleric Hate Preacher recently got sent to jail in the UK for his hate mongering.

Yes they have a right to their own opinion but they give up that right when they turn up to funerals of american servicemen who died in combat (all because the policy of the Army is a 'dont ask, dont tell' policy on homosexuality and not because they were gay), and funerals of homosexuals. with signs saying "God Hates Fags".

What if your father, or brother, or any member of your family died in Iraq and people turned up waving banners and flags saying:

Would you still defend their "free speech"
