and yes i do especially in EA sports games. More then normal

I can usually download at ~1.4MB/s on a good quality site, upload ~45KB/s.

I get lag every once in a while, but not very often. I only get lag in games where individuals have host, not a central server.

I do lag on XBL, only R6Vegas tho - I dont know if it is shoddy coding or the host having a bad uploaded

200KB/s. Should be at least 700 though. Not happy since my upgrade. Hoochie has given some good tips though, hopefully they work out (He works at my ISP)

No lag on Live.
