Lol, 'configure' a virus scanner? Course it was. I had popups all the time telling me the database had been updated. I'd run a scan every months too.

I run Spybot, and Malwarebytes every few days, so I don't abuse my system. I just find it shocking all that stuff bypassed Nod somehow...

Yeah. LOL 'Configure' your virus scanner. :rolleyes: Link. Your knowledge of Nod32 is astoundingly newb.

I'd say ESET NOD32 is one of the best and I'm currently using it. I've tried AVG and had no prob with it, but it takes a lot of memory.

So ESET NOD32 ftw!

As a long long time Kaspersky user myself, i finally found (almost a year ago since) that Avira Premium is the true king (Y)

It's all about malware detection :yes:
