The talent is definately there people but the story line writers simply suck. Those guys should all get fired and replaced with people who actually have an imagination for good, interesting stories.

Drew McKintyre, Tyler Reks, Ezekiel Jackson, Justin Gabriel, Mason Ryan, Ryback - All very talented performers who are being wasted on really stupid crap.

Mason Ryan vs Ryback or Mason Ryan and Ryback as tag team partners would be great. Tyler Reks, an awesome dude that is being totally wasted. Come on WWE. What the hell is the matter with your story writers? Really?

Most everyone is sick of Cena and Orton winning all the time. Let's give the new talent a break.

Talent can only work what they are given.

As far as i know.... unless i am totally wrong which i believe i am not... talent is very much involved in what needs to be done in the ring. What i mean is that sure the low mid carders or newbies are told what spots to do, However the veterans are given almost a free hand and given only some suggestions.

As far as the bolded terms are concerned you are spot on. I am not so sure about mason ryan or ryback. I believe Ezekiel Jackson was given time to shine in the story line with regal few years back but he couldnt get crowd on his side at all. People just were not interested in him.

@MightyJordan

Finally a very big LOL at all the memes... great finds especially the iron chic.

In the latest edition of WWE Magazine for June of 2012, there is a teaser of where WrestleMania 30 could possibly take place.

WWE's "The Informer"character writes "WM29 is locked in for N.J./N.Y., but plans are underway for the 30th Show of Shows. The location? Let's just say it's a city of 'Olympic' proportions."

The summer Olympics are taking place this summer in London.

:woot:

If anyone here's seen the "a revolution is coming" viral videos on WWE.com, here's what it's about...

And if the video gets taken down, it's just the E3 trailer for WWE '13, which is coming out November 1st.

They posted an "exclusive" video that has Laryngitis explaining that it was an agreement on Saturday, and that Big Show signed the contract 2 minutes after the PPV ended. Dumbest heel turn I've seen in a while.

Breaking News: WWE.com reports Chris Jericho suspended for Brazil incident

Late Thursday/early Friday morning, tweets began pouring into my feed regarding Chris Jericho being suspended from the WWE.

After seeing these, I found my way toWWE.com, where the first headline I read stated, "Chris Jericho Suspended."

Upon opening the link, very little information was provided other than a statement from the WWE.

The official statement reads:

Chris Jericho has been suspended indefinitely due to an irresponsible act of denigrating the Brazilian flag at a WWE live event in S?o Paulo on May 24. WWE has apologized to the citizens and the government of Brazil for this incident.

Now, for those of you who are not aware of what denigrating means, I myself had to look it up as well.

Denigrating means to criticize unfairly or disparage.

Seeing as how this is a fresh story, it is not quite clear on what exactly happened during the WWE's live show form Brazil, but a fair assumption would be that Jericho mocked the Brazilian flag, which is standard for a heel to do in order to gain some heat from the crowd.

Whether or not this is a set-up for Jericho's storyline with Randy Orton is, also, unclear at this point. This very well could be a way for Jericho to be written off television so he can embark on his scheduled Fozzy tour, but that also seems rather short-sighted, as it takes away from a potentially monster feud featuring Jericho and the man who punted him off-screen last time around, Randy Orton.

Of course, this is a fresh story and as more information comes in, the writers at B/R will be willing to give you the up-to-the-minute details as we find out more about this rather bizarre situation.

UPDATE:

TMZ has reported on the incident, in which details can be found here:

To sum up the report, it began when Jericho was getting set to take on CM Punk. Punk was already standing in the ring, waving the Brazilian flag. Jericho promptly took the flag, crumpled it up and kicked it out of the ring.

After the incident, police informed Jericho it was a crime to desecrate the flag and he had the option to either go to jail or apologize to the crowd. Jericho, being the respectful person that he is, chose to apologize to the crowd, and the show continued.

According to TMZ's report, the flag incident was not planned and WWE apologized to the citizens of Brazil, also suspending Jericho indefinitely.

As far as I know, there isn't any video of it yet, but I'm assuming it's kayfabe, as the Download Festival's in two weeks, Fozzy's playing there, then they're on another tour. Would be ridiculous to have him just go like that though, especially as he assaulted Randy Orton on RAW (and we assumed, started a new rivalry).

Here's the trailer again (this one hasn't been taken down yet)...

God knows why they're hyping it up like this. I read somewhere that it was because they're using a new developer, so it would be a brand new game from the ground up, hence the "revolution is coming" tagline. But that's actually not true; it's still Yuke's developing the game. The only changes I've heard so far is less backstage brawls in the story mode, the ability to have six-diva matches now, and it looks like X-Pac's gonna be in the game too.

    • Google Finance is now out of beta with improved portfolio tracking and a new Android app by Karthik Mudaliar Google is taking its redesigned Google Finance experience out of beta and adding several new features, including portfolio tracking, scheduled market briefings, and a dedicated Android app. The company says the updates are beginning to roll out globally this week, while an iOS app is planned for later in 2026. The most notable addition is the new portfolio feature. Instead of entering every investment manually, users can upload a screenshot, CSV file, or PDF containing their holdings. They can also tell Google Finance what they own using natural language, such as the number of shares held in a particular company or fund. Google Finance will then place those investments into a dashboard showing performance, asset allocation, concentration risk, and the holdings responsible for the biggest gains or losses. Existing portfolios created with the older version of Google Finance should appear automatically. The built-in AI research panel can use the portfolio as context when answering questions. For example, users can ask which sectors are underrepresented or how their fixed-income allocation could affect long-term growth. Google says portfolio data will remain private and that uploaded files and images will not be retained. Users will also be able to edit or delete their portfolio information after it has been imported. Google Finance is also getting scheduled tasks. These let users request recurring reports such as a daily summary of overnight cryptocurrency movements or a weekly update about newly announced initial public offerings. There is also a new Google Finance app for Android. It includes watchlists, interactive charts, real-time market data, a live news feed, and the same AI research panel available on the web. Google has been gradually expanding the AI-powered Finance redesign since it first entered testing. In April, the experience was expanded to more than 100 countries, bringing its research tools, advanced charts, and market news to a much larger audience. That was followed by a wider European rollout in May, which added features including live earnings calls, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries. The ability to import an entire portfolio from a screenshot or document should make Google Finance considerably easier to set up. However, Android users will have to wait for feature parity with the web version, and Google has yet to say exactly when the iOS app will arrive.
