Jeez. I can see both Cena winning the briefcase and then cashing in to become WHC on the same night - as well as the WHC happening first, Ziggler cashing in to win, and then Cena beating Dolph in the ladder match to become WHC.

I rewatched Punk get put through the table, and I think Ryback hurt him on the lift for Shell Shock. After that you can see Punk struggling to stand.
