When using the new superbar certain programs, paticularly games, create a new instance of the icon when you launch them instead of just indicating that the icon on the bar is running. Anyone know why this is or if there's a little fix or workaround?

Specific example is WoW, which creates a new icon on the bar for every instance its opened but never actually indicates the shortcut is running. Also right click-ing the running app does not yield a "pin to taskbar" option.

That's probably because WoW uses a launcher.exe that later on starts wow.exe. What works is just dragging wow.exe (search in your program files/wherever you keep your Wow) to your taskbar. That's how I did it anyway...

Lol, works, but seeing as how launching stub applications are pretty common it should still probably be considered by the shell team.

I did do that actually, still got 2 instances, tried it with both WoW.exe and the launcher.exe files, you say you got yours to not duplicate it?
