SaltLife
I'm not sure how any of you may feel about this, but I'd love to see some photos from everyone's city/downtown life, somewhere or something that makes your city/town unique. It doesn't have to be your own creative work, perhaps just a city/town shot that is online (with respect to original source of course). I just love to see new places and city/town pictures. Because sometimes there are those diamonds in rough that you never knew about. Here is a shot of my 'home' I'll post some pictures of the strip if this picks up momentum. Conjor
Kenora, Ontario, Canada. Small city in north-western Ontario; Population ~16,000; Located on the beautiful Lake of the Woods. To me, there is no better small town on the planet. Perfect balance between the outdoors (tons of stuff to do: hiking, fishing, water sports, camping, whatever you want to do) and the city life (everything you would need is in the town center) It's been quoted as one of the greatest secrets of northern Canada by the RCMP :) Proud to call it home. Harbor front at night (the big boat in the middle is the M.S. Kenora - a small cruise ship): Lakeview Drive (on of the best and well-kept streets bordering on the Lake of the Woods) City Hall Bestwestern Lakeside INN - One of the only hotels in the world that is accessible by both water and land, and its round lol  One of the many cottages on the lake, many of which are accessible by both boat and land. Towns Mascot: Husky the Muskie: M.S. Kenora - Cruise ship that runs almost daily. It tours the Lake of the Woods while serving food (Lunch, Dinner, ect) Coney Island - One of the MANY beaches in the Kenora area.
