[Andrew Lyle]

I went to see this movie today, and it was only me and my two friends, and 3 other people in this giant theater.

There was a good reason for this.

All those actors and big names, and this movie is a huge flop. I laughed, only because of how bad this movie was. Have you ever sat through a movie and talked all the way through it and laughed at how bad the acting or action scenes are? This was one of those films.
I'd say wait and rent it or borrow it off a friend, save your money.


4/10, because it unintentionally made me laugh out loud.

Yeah, but:

1.- Someone who go to see The Expendables should not expect The Wrestler

2.- Sometimes there is a movie so ridiculous and over the top that i love it. Like Police Academy in the 80's and honestly just because the cast I'm tempted to go a watch The Expendables

Police Academy was a parody, that's a completely different kind of over the top!

Yeah, but at the time of the post it was the first movie I remembered. I liked Predator a lot for example, and Commando. Cheesy actions movies.

10/10 Best action film in years, Only watch this if 1. You are a fan of old action films, 2. Like gore and blood and good fighting scenes

I loved it. You can tell from that Arny/Sly/Willis scene alone that this is in no way a serious movie. It's an excuse to have a load of actions guys together in the same place and show off some great fighting/action scenes. It doesnt need a plot, or great dialogue. This is just well established action legends (on the most part) having fun and reviving some OTT action that you don't see in most of today's more realistic film approaches.

Well, that's how I see it anyway
