ajua Posted February 27, 2011 Share Posted February 27, 2011 You can use a still picture in Windows Live Movie Maker 2011. You can even take a snapshot from your video but make sure that the preview monitor is as large as possible because the snapshot will be that size. DocM Posted February 28, 2011 Share Posted February 28, 2011 Be careful that you handle the images aspect ratio properly. This because images use square pixels while many video formats use rectangular. These settings are usually in the editors image and overlay prefs, and sometimes you may have to zoom the image and accept some of it being clipped to get full screen coverage. The higher end the editing software, the more control you'll have. Tip: start with an image resolution much higher than the video frame. That'll minimize quality losses.
