These tabs are actually very nice. I typed in grand theft auto 4 clicked on reviews and boom. a list of them. I also like the built in wikipedia, even though its always in the top 5 lol.

Sounds nice, but I think it could still use some work. Doing a search such as "lyrics: next time I'll be bulletproof" does bring up the song lower in the list, but the previews are for the song "I'll Be"... This could be a bit better, as this is a search I do often on Google... I love Bing, but certain types of searches need some work.

They better should spend some work in the search engine, the GUI and the function for this.
I am still not sure what bing is, for entertainment, news, games, shopping... I can use aim.com, yahoo.com,... . Or Bing should be an entertainment site with an additonal search engine?

Bing is a search engine. "Decision engine," as stupid as that sounds, just means that certain results like quick tabs will change depending on what your searching for.

So if you search for a game, there will be quick tabs for reviews, walkthroughs, cheats, wikipedia, shopping, videos, etc. If you search for food, there will be quick tabs for recipes, videos, shopping, etc. The options will try to give you a better layout for what your searching for. Thus, "decision engine."

Hope that makes sense.

Currently when you click "Buy" on a song search result (http://www.bing.com/music/songs/search?q=lady+gaga+telephone&FORM=DTPMUA&qpvt=lady+gaga+telephone) the two buying options are iTunes and Amazon MP3 Store. Fail hehe.

The zune integration doesn't seem to be finished yet :-P I as long as the cheapest option is displayed (even if zune is absent) then it's a win.

Still being rolled out. Letting iTunes users leverage this too...is a Win Win.

I know lol. It just amused me

Super convenient. During American Idol season, my wife and I are looking up music all the time. And to tie that into Zune Pass, cool. But for all the enhancements around entertainment, my favorite feature is the Tab ui element...it just makes related content standout..more intuitive.

Wondering how a WP7 phone that does not allow use of SD card will handle the amount of data that will be stored on the device.

Huh? Built-in storage will probably be 32 GB or 64 GB depending on the manufacturers. That's plenty for music and videos. This article isn't even related to WP7 thoughhhh.

Android does it again

Euh

Do people have problem finding game reviews and local movies information ??? Seriously PR at its best.

It's really easy to find television show, local movies info and game reviews from a normal search using bing, google or any other search engine.

As for beeing able to stream music ONCE i don't really care i have a mp3 player. Zune marketplace would be nice if it actually used real money instead of those stupid points.

And your MP3 player has over 5 million songs on it? Really? Neat.

The points do come in handy though. If you buy the points in bulk then it's cheaper per point. It also makes it easier due to exchange rates.

Since the phone isn't going to use points I wonder if that spells the imenent demise of the points on zune and xbox.

Are you really that terribly concerned about Microsoft Points?

I have a Zune pass subscription $14.99 a month and on top of that I make individual purchases by buying points. Never had a problem! Better still, I use the exact same points when I rent a flick from Zune Marketplace via my XBox. Again, never an issue!

Now, if your problem is understanding how points translate into dollars, it MIGHT seem complicated but to be honest it doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Then again im a Budget Analyst so maybe it comes easy to me but its not something I sit and stare at for hours on-end wondering if im getting ripped off because its far too easy to understand the system.

If anything I spend more time analyzing the bills I get from Comcast, Verizon, my bank, and every other organization that sends me a bill in dollars because I've experienced far more billing errors with them while I've experienced none with Microsoft's Points system.

Bing just made it easier. Instead of searching through a bunch of game site links, and then going there and searching for the review, Bing just made a quick tab for cheats, reviews, walkthroughs, etc.

Also, this way there is a uniform way to find info, instead of having to use all sorts of different layouts on different gaming sites. I honestly dont understand why you are complaining.

spotify for my music needs.

It doesn't seem like it's meant to replace your music player. It's probably more useful to find song titles and albums. The songs will only be 30 second clips.

Each of the songs are actually full length the first time, and 30 seconds for plays after that.

Dammit Microsoft, don't look at him! Your neighbors to the north are much closer, much louder, and waay more attention-grabbing! Just tilt your gaze a little bit farther. Laaa laaa laaa.... ! (Waving arms, and making a scene )

I can understand being bummed that you can't play with the newest features, but as Bing is still a work in progress and being updated regularly, it makes sense for them to focus on limited localization... Once features become more complete, I'm sure they will roll this out to other territories...
