Apply XP Themes to certain Applications

WTF! You got XP and half the progs are still using the classic UI? Whats that! You are noticing that some programs don"t have the XP theme style applied. Its all flat, has the classic UI and doesn"t have any of XP"s theme in it.

First you need to turn hidden files on if you didn"t yet. Then go to the directory where the program is (the one u wanna apply XP styles to). Then create a new text file and insert the following:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><assembly xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1" manifestVersion="1.0"><assemblyIdentity version="1.0.0.0" processorArchitecture="X86" name="CompanyName.ProductName.YourApp" type="win32"/><description>Your application description here.</description><dependency> <dependentAssembly> <assemblyIdentity type="win32" name="Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls" version="6.0.0.0" processorArchitecture="X86" publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df" language="*" /> </dependentAssembly></dependency></assembly>

Save it and change the file name to whateverprogram.exe.manifest. Now run the program and you should see the XP theme applied to it. This thing only works well on half of the apps so dont expect it to work on everything.
