A brand-new Free Play Days offer has just begun for Xbox players. Microsoft"s latest promotion includes some high-profile games, including hits from Activision, Bethesda, Take-Two, and more. From the seven available titles, five are exclusive to Game Pass subscribers, while the remaining two games can be played without any sort of membership requirement.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential members can now jump into the most recent sports games from Take-Two for no extra cost. This includes access to the basketball entry NBA 2K26, the golfing hit PGA TOUR 2K25, as well as the wrestling experience WWE 2K25. The dinosaur survival game ARK: Survival Ascended, as well as the time loop-involving puzzle entry The Forgotten City, is a part of this Game Pass promo too this time.
Meanwhile, Activision"s 2025 release, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, can now be tried out by all Xbox players. This event is opening up a portion of the game"s multiplayer and zombies until December 22. At the same time, no subscriptions are required to jump into Fallout 76, the multiplayer-focused Bethesda game that just released its desert biome called Burning Springs, which has players working with the Amazon Fallout TV series" Cooper Howard (The Ghoul).
As always, any progress made during the weekend also carries over automatically if you decide to purchase a game afterward.

To easily find the titles on Xbox consoles, first head to the Store, then in the sidebar, see the Home section. In there, open the Subscriptions tab. The Free Play Days collection will show up in this area.
Most of this month"s Free Play Days promotions will end on Sunday, December 21, at 11:59 pm PT.
