Dates of the next three major Steam sales of 2018 seemingly leak

If Steam sticks to its usual sale schedule, the store still has three major sale events left to go this year, Halloween, Autumn, and Winter. And as also usual with Steam sales, the dates for these sales seem to have leaked, this time through a Twitter user with access to developer tools who realized a loophole:

According to the leak, the nearest one of the bunch is the Halloween sale, which will run from October 29 to November 1, discounting all sorts of spooky experiences. The 2018 Steam Autumn Sale will hit later that month, taking place from November 21 to November 27.

Finally, the grandest one of them all, the 2018 Steam Winter Sale, will kick off on December 20, with it slated to run for two weeks straight and come to an end on January 3, 2019.

Recently, there have been rumors circulating that Valve may be looking to bring back flash sales to the storefront, which were heavier than usual discounts for games that only lasted for short periods of time. We will have to wait and see if the ever-popular feature will make a comeback during the final major sales of the year.

As always, remember that these leaked dates could end up being wrong or simply changed up by Valve before they go live, so take them with a pinch of salt until the sales actually open their doors.
