Following plenty of teasing, EA finally gave a look at the next Battlefield game it is prepping to release soon. The Battlefield 6 reveal trailer has just landed, and it is focused all on the new campaign that"s being built by the team of development studios attached to the project. Check out the reveal trailer above.
Described as the "ultimate all-out warfare experience," the trailer shows off a major conflict breaking out across the world, with what looks to be a rogue mercenary group named Pax Armata attacking NATO and its allies.
Fitting the series, the trailer has plenty of explosions, destruction, jets and helicopters, infantry warfare in dense city environments, amphibious warfare, and even more explosions for good measure. There was a healthy number of crashing aircraft too, with them happening every few seconds, showing off what looks to be a new destruction system for vehicles.
Store pages for Battlefield 6 have already gone live too, though pre-orders are not available just yet. Not even a release window has been officially attached to the project. Here"s what store descriptions say:
"Lock & load for the ultimate all-out warfare experience. Fight in high-intensity infantry combat. Rip through the skies in aerial dogfights. Demolish your environment for a strategic advantage. In a war of tanks, fighter jets, and massive combat arsenals, your squad is the deadliest weapon. This is Battlefield 6.
EA plans to give another look at Battlefield 6 later this month. The shooter"s most highly anticipated portion, the multiplayer, will be revealed just a week from now on July 31 at 11:30am PT. The development team is set to reveal maps, modes, and plenty of action in this upcoming reveal event.
