Keyboard Included Optional (€149.99)

We’ve compared the entry-level models of the Galaxy TabPro S and Microsoft"s Surface Pro 4 - and, given that both tablets will be sold as premium-class devices, the only noticeable advantage the Surface has is the inclusion of Windows 10 Pro (over Home on the TabPro S). The Galaxy has an advantage in including a keyboard cover with the device - Microsoft charges an extra €149.99 for its Type Cover accessory - as well as offering a 4G LTE option, which the Surface Pro 4 lacks.

Two additional TabPro S models will be available: the first with Windows 10 Pro and Wi-Fi connectivity; and the second with Windows 10 Pro and 4G LTE. They will reportedly cost €1099 and €1199 respectively.

Update: As @NotCassim pointed out to us, Samsung has confirmed to FraWin.com that the device will go on sale in France next month, with prices starting at €899 for the Wi-Fi model, rising to €1199 for the range-topping 4G LTE model.

Editor"s note: This article was updated after publishing to add details regarding keyboard accessories for the two devices - our thanks to Zapella Tiago for highlighting this omission in the original published article.
