Flyoobe 1.4

Flyby11, now known as Flyoobe, is a lightweight patching utility built to remove the restrictions that Microsoft enforces during the installation of Windows 11, particularly version 24H2. By bypassing hardware checks such as TPM, Secure Boot, CPU generation, and RAM requirements, it enables installation on devices that would otherwise be blocked as unsupported. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, Flyby11 provides a minimal yet effective solution for enthusiasts, IT admins, and power users who want to deploy Windows 11 seamlessly across a wider range of systems.

Flyoobe also enhances the Windows Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) by removing several limitations that typically appear during first-time setup. It can disable mandatory Microsoft account sign-in requirements, allowing the creation of a local account without workarounds. The tool also bypasses region and network checks, making it possible to complete setup even when internet access is unavailable or restricted.

Flyby11 (Flyoobe) key features:

  • Bypasses TPM requirement
  • Bypasses Secure Boot requirement
  • Bypasses unsupported CPU checks
  • Bypasses minimum RAM requirement
  • Removes other Windows 11 setup restrictions
  • Works with Windows 11 version 24H2
  • Lightweight and portable tool
  • No installation required
  • Simple interface and usage

What’s new in Flyoobe 1.3:

  • New OOBE view that lets you set a default browser right after installation – and even download a third-party browser if you want (see Intro video)
  • Personalization OOBE view now includes extra options like aligning the Windows 11 taskbar left or center
  • Setup/Finalization extension view has been optimized and extended at its core
  • Improved header design that clearly shows which OOBE view is currently active
  • DPI handling improved
  • Lots of UI polish
  • Various minor bug fixes
  • Flyby11 and Flyoobe will soon be merged into a single project, accompanied by code cleanups and other improvements. The full Flyoobe source will be released once the merge is complete. In the meantime, the code remains under refinement, with further refactoring planned to ensure a cleaner and more maintainable release.

What’s new in Flyoobe 1.4:

  • The executable now goes by flyo.exe (think “fly/start”) – your launchpad into the app
  • Added a brand-new little helper called spot.exe. I always found it annoying to hunt down tools during Windows 11 setup via the Start menu or Run dialog. Spot fixes that: it surfaces the most important locations/tools and even doubles as a mini help center for Flyoobe. Type Help and you’ll instantly see key GitHub issues. (Spot = 🔍/radar.) Launch it by clicking the search icon in the top right.
  • Added support for Windows 10 Consumer ESU enrollment (with or without a Microsoft account) via the legendary abbodi1406 ConsumerESU script.
  • Further UI polish for the Bee UI
  • Refactored numerous OOBE views for a cleaner structure and easier maintenance.
