Microsoft reveals big savings on Visual Studio Live! 360 tech conference

Microsoft has announced Visual Studio Live!, as part of the Live 360 Tech Con. It’s due to take place from November 16-21 at Universal Orlando’s Royal Pacific Resort. The conference will feature 41 tracks which attendees can access at six co-located events under one roof. If you’re planning to go, this will let you mix and match sessions across disciplines.

The co-located events include Visual Studio Live!, Data Platform Live!, TechMentor, Artificial Intelligence Live!, Cloud & Containers Live!, and Cybersecurity & Ransomware Live! Microsoft called the location as a “tech-cation” with access to world-class dining and Universal Orlando.

Sessions will deep-dive into the latest advancements in Microsoft’s development ecosystems. One of the main focuses will be Visual Studio 2026. Specifically, the talks will focus on the engineering breakthroughs in performance and AI integrations that make coding smoother and more intuitive.

A dedicated session will also cover Next-Level Debugging with GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio, showing its agent mode for interactive, AI-guided breakpoint and variable inspection. Speakers include Principal PM of Visual Studio Mads Kristensen and Senior PM at Microsoft Harshada Hole.

Other featured topics will include getting started with .NET Aspire & ASP.NET Core for distributed applications and Agentic DevOps workflows.

Aside from the formal agenda, the occasion will have evening networking events where attendees are encouraged to “pick the brains of speakers and Product Managers of the Tools and Products you use every day.” Aside from boosting your knowledge about Visual Studio, it seems like a good opportunity to network and make career advancements.
