Moto Z2 Force could be headed to India soon

Although there is a big lineup of new Moto smartphones planned for launch in 2018, Lenovo might be bringing the Moto Z2 Force to India after six months since its launch in other parts of the world.

Earlier today, the Motorola India Twitter handle posted a couple of teasers that mention a shatterproof display as one of the things that users might be missing in their flagship experience. The company has also asked users to tweet out the feature that they feel is lacking from their flagship smartphone.

If only there was a phone for @RomanAtwood that was coraproof/shatterproof! How many of you want one too?! https://t.co/3iIXGU6kJw

Since the Moto Z2 Force is the only smartphone from Lenovo"s current lineup that features a shatterproof display, it is highly likely that the device could be headed to India soon. Similar teasers were posted prior to the launch of the upgraded Moto X4 last month, so we may not have to wait too long to know what the company"s plans are.

If the company does launch the Z2 Force in India, it will be interesting to see how it is priced and marketed since competition from the likes of OnePlus and Xiaomi is intense in the world"s second-largest smartphone market. Also, there are reports of the shatterproof film peeling off so that"s something that could put off potential buyers.
